Basic Checking

This low-cost checking account is for people who write a few checks each month.

The Bank of Milton will keep track of ordering your checks and will always have a supply on hand. All you need to do is purchase a book when you need one. There is no minimum balance and no monthly service charge on this account. You can not purchase checks from any other source. The current charges for checks are $8.00 for 26 wallet checks and $9.50 for 26 duplicate checks. A debit card is available on this checking account.

All checks will be held for safekeeping at the Bank of Milton and will not be returned in the monthly statement. A copy will be available when needed for proof of payment.
